Refund policy

Pre-orders: you may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before your deck ships. Email hello@quietfather.com with your order number.

After delivery: if Quiet Father isn't for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. The deck can be opened — we only ask that the cards are unwritten-on. Contact hello@quietfather.com for a return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.
